National Night Out
Every year, usually on the first Tuesday in August, the neighborhood comes together for a walk through the neighborhood and an ice cream social at Project Enlightenment

Our neighborhood will join thousands of communities across the nation on Tuesday, August 5 to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood unity at the annual National Night Out. Continuing our tradition, we invite you to a neighborhood walk and ice cream social to meet and greet neighbors. The walk will begin at 6:30 pm and we will wind through the neighborhood gathering up residents as we pass (the vicinity of) your house.

We will arrive at Project Enlightenment playground and have free ice cream from 7:15 to 8:00 pm.
Continuing our "pupular" theme of, “Ruff Night Out” we are inviting our doggy family members to join us (dogs must remain outside the playground). Doggie ice cream will be provided.
To promote neighborhood safety and unity we encourage you to purchase a Neighborhood Watch sign to display on your house. This is the last call for a special price of $12 per sign, plus FREE installation. Each house displaying the sign as of Sunday, August 3rd will be entered into a drawing for a stunning prize to be awarded at the NNO ice cream social. Get in the action, today.
Come out and join in the fun! For further information contact Mike Motsinger, Neighborhood Watch Coordinator – Michael.Motsinger@gmail.com .
