ARTWALK IS 30!

Sunday, December 4, Noon - 5 pm

Just in time for the holiday season, the annual Boylan Heights ArtWalk returns, and this year is even more special as it will be the 30th time our neighborhood has hosted one of Raleigh's most anticipated December events. Once again, we will welcome artists and the public to Boylan Heights and showcase great art and our welcoming neighborhood. We are mindful that there remain pandemic concerns, so we will continue the modification from last year to reduce the number of artists at each location to allow for better social distancing. We also had many positive comments about the more spacious feeling of the event.

So once again we will be able to celebrate visiting with artists, neighbors and the general public as we all enjoy the talents of a wide variety of artists. ArtWalk remains a juried show, which means artists are reviewed for quality, variety and originality.

We have returned with the artists' gallery:

Click on links that follow to sample the wide-ranging offerings of the artists that will be featured at this year's ArtWalk: glass, jewelry, metalwork, woodwork, fiber, clay and ceramics, photography and prints, multimedia, painting, and other art.

Of course, it takes a neighborhood to produce an event on this scale. We are looking for volunteers to help with all aspects of this event. If you would be interested in volunteering, please email Lyman Collins at boylanheightsartwalk@gmail.com.
