It is recently renovated, very comfortably furnished and has cable television, DSL, VCR, stereo, clock radio, dining table with 4 chairs, two armchairs, sofabed, linens, and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven-grill, stove and refrigerator. The cost is $110/night (3-night minimum), or $770/week, for up to two people. For stays over two weeks, $100/night, or $700/week.
