THE BIG BOYLAN BASH 2006

The Big Boylan Bash 2006, our neighborhood blowout block party, was attended by over 200 neighbors and friends. Four-footed friends attended as well, including dogs of all sizes and two Raleigh Police Dept. horses.  Delicious food was abundant and enjoyed throughout the evening.  Three bands were scheduled to play, however the third one was stopped by rain.  The children were entertained with a pinata and other activities.  City, state and US elected officials were on hand, along with candidates for office.  Lots of visiting and socializing among neighbors and friends made the Bash especially pleasurable.

The Bash was a huge success due to the enormous contribution of neighbors and supporters. Our sincerest appreciation and gratitude go to:

·        Steve Guth for operating the concession stand, providing ice, loaning us the stage, setting up the stage, cleaning up after The Bash.
