the official site of the Boylan Heights Association (The Association). The
Association is a group of neighbors residing in the Boylan Heights neighborhood
of Raleigh, North Carolina who come
together to address issues affecting the neighborhood and those living in it.
Meetings of the Association are held on a regular basis. For questions
regarding the web site, contact the Chair of the Web Site Committee.
