a.      "Pink Truck" -- the City will not provide pick up of large discarded items this year as it has been doing in the past.  Mark Johnson reported that the City will provide a truck to pick up large items at $75 per pick up site.  Motion was made and seconded that the Garden Club be asked to organize and publicize three sites in the neighborhood for large discarded items to be left and the BHA would pay the City for the pick up service for these sites.  The date for this should be a Monday in May, which would allow for items to be brought to the sites on the weekends.  Motion passed.
