Ads can be seen in the Independent and the News and Observer this week and next. Almost 100 artists will participate.
Thank you to all the porch hosts who are so hospitable to both the artists and the public.
Thank you to Ann Cowperthwaite and Mike Parker who host the potluck dinner at their DuPont Circle Studio workshop for artists and porch hosts after the ArtWalk.
Thank you also to the BHA website which has prominently featured the ArtWalk on the www.boylanheights.org home page.

Report
Neighborhood Directory Committee - Evelyn Fahy provided report.
1. Questionnaires were distributed with the November 2004 newsletter.
2. BHA Web site committee will post questionnaire to Web site; responses will be directed to directory@boylanheights.org.
3. Wish to also have printed questionnaires at the BHA Art Walk booth. Who should be contacted about this?
4. Directory data will be supplemented with property owners of record data derived from the Wake County Department of Revenue Real Estate Database.
5. Previous policy has been to distribute only to those who participated by completing a questionnaire. Do we wish to continue this policy? Another option would be to do this, but to sell extras at BHA meetings and events. Should be sold only to neighborhood residents, though.
6. Timeline for the directory needs to be determined. How much time should we allow for return of the questionnaires? Preparation will take approximately 1 month.
7. Need committee members to sell advertising/sponsorships. Goal is to raise $400 - $600. Need to review records to determine printing costs for last directory, but it was likely in the $400 range. Ideas on recruiting committee member
